The end of 2011 drew near and I had fulfilled my New Year resolution "Get Fit" However, through my journey I have found it more then just a resolution, its a lifestyle change. I have never felt better about myself. My quality of life and my mental welbeaing has just skyrocketed. During 2012 im looking forward to taking it to the next level and making my dreams come true. I have also started my new career path and im doing my Cert III and IV in fitness. My goal is to help as many people as possible achieve the body and health they desire. I feel so happy everytime I recieve an email or a message from people saying my journey has inspired them to get off the couch and take control of their health and well being. It even would seem I have also encourged other girls to compete in Fitness competitions which is amazing!
Fitness and health and the body has always been of interest to me. However going through my own health problems at the point of my life when I could've started my journey meant I am now doing it 8 years on. Better late then never!
To all those amazing people that have taken the time to show support and encouragement and put a smile on my face saying I am their inspiration, THANK YOU.

I love that you decided to become 'healthy' even though you didnt need to lose weight. Most people (like myself) make the change because we need to lose weight - but you were already gorgeous and did it purely for the health and lifestyle benefits!!!
ReplyDeleteHey Karina,
ReplyDeleteThank you. i was still very unhealthy just on the other-side of the scale. was just as hard for me to put on weight and get around that mental state as it is for people to lose weight. Thank you for your comment its really nice to see some positiveness coming back. Good luck with your healthy journey. I hope you enjoy it as much as i have.
